Why Emily Collett Photography?
As a wedding photographer I’m a blend of super-relaxed and secretly hyper-organised, making friends with your grandad, fussing over the dog and becoming part of the family. My little feet will be paddling like mad beneath the surface, making sure everything goes to plan, whilst capturing all the natural moments in a warm, colourful way. For a wedding day that feels effortless, and wedding photography that radiates colour, laughter and love.
With all my heart, I want your experience to be better because I was there. The last thing I want is for you to feel like I’ve been pulling you from pillar to post all day. Because your wedding day will be the most wonderful, emotional, exciting day of your lives. And I want to be a part of all that fun and excitement, not get in the way of it.
Because weddings should be fun, right?! And it’s so easy to get wrapped up the pressure of the day and forget to actually enjoy it. So I aim to be a bad influence for the good, an angel on your shoulder suggesting devilish things! That little voice reminding you to relax, taking you to the bar, nudging you onto the dancefloor. Basically sheltering you from stress and funnelling all the good vibes your way!
My approach + Style
If you feel posed and pressured, you won’t feel like you. And your wedding photos will just be a stream of images where you don’t quite recognise yourselves. So my main goal as your wedding photographer will be to make you feel completely comfortable around me. Free to relax, have fun, and just be you. So when you look through your wedding gallery, you’ll see nothing but genuine smiles, spontaneous laughter, and the very best version of your most beautiful selves.
Your wedding day will be the most amazing day of your lives, and I want to give you wedding photography that captures it in the most stunning, colourful way possible. So when you look through your wedding album in years to come, the colours will jump out from the page. And that overwhelming feeling of excitement and joy will shine through in of every shot., bring back all the emotions of a magical day.
So for the most part, my approach is very relaxed, documentary and unobtrusive. I want to let your day unfold naturally, and capture all those romantic little looks, the belly-laughs with family and the heartfelt hugs that make your wedding day the unforgettable day it is.

Travel within 70 miles of Watchfield is included. If your wedding is over 70 miles, an additional fee of £200 to cover local accommodation may be requested.

For destination weddings, outside of Europe, a quote will be put together based on the location and photography coverage required. Usually a zoom call is the best way to start the process of putting together a bespoke quote for your celebrations. For all European weddings, a fixed rate will apply. Pricing below. Let's chat!

Planning a wedding is a huge task. one which I quickly learned when planning my own back in 2018. Decisions weigh heavy, questions are constant, wedding chat is all consuming and every day life still has to fit into the wedding planning bubble. I can completely relate therefore I'm here to help, guide and assist in any way that I can, to ultimately help lighten the load,

How to secure your date
Once these steps are completed, your date will be secured in my diary and together we'll capture the most amazing wedding day photographs. Yayayayyy I'm excited!!!
